Joji is the fourth child of  Deogracias Arenas and Leticia Flores  who used to run a furniture manufacturing business  in the heart of Valenzuela City. He is a brother to Cris (married to Tere), Dick(married to Eleanor), Alex, Riza and Lani (married to Louie).

 Affectionate, intelligent, thoughtful, practical and with great sense of humor. Donna would describe him as her exact opposite--He's patient and organized. 

A graduate of Mapua Institute of Technology, Joji is a licensed civil engineer in the Philippines and was exposed to structural and civil  work specializing in communication towers, residential and light commercial building for the past 10 years. He  also took units in structural engineering from the Univ of the Philippines.  

Joji  currently works in a construction company in Winnipeg and is taking courses in Engineering at the University of Manitoba. His interest includes arts, mathematics and computers.  He loves reading "REAL POWER", Business Lessons from the Tao Te Ching.

Joji loves giving joy to other people and always sees the good in them. He is a hands-on dad to Deona.
